Stress Relief #1: Breathe · Slow Down Your Pulse
Take a full breath into your belly.
Exhale longer than you inhale.
Within a few rounds, your body starts to switch from fight or flight to rest and digest. It’s your vagus nerve – the body’s built-in regulator – reminding you that safety can be created, not found.
Stress Relief #2: Move · Release the Charge
Stand up, roll your shoulders, shake your wrists, stretch your spine.
Shake your whole body.
Movement discharges adrenaline and restores rhythm. Even a few seconds of motion tell the brain: we’re safe again.

Say quietly: “This is stress. And it will pass.”
Naming what’s happening interrupts the spiral.
