Geltung & Vertrag
Diese AGB gelten für alle Angebote von Studio Atha (Klassen, Workshops, Retreats, Events, Inhouse- und digitale Formate). Die Buchung erfolgt über www.studioatha.com oder per E-Mail. Mit Bestätigung kommt ein verbindlicher Vertrag zustande. Es gelten die zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung angegebenen Preise. Zahlungsmodalitäten werden im Buchungsprozess mitgeteilt. Für Veranstaltungen mit festem Termin besteht gemäß § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB kein Widerrufsrecht.
Stornierung Klassen
Kostenfreie Stornierung bis 24 Stunden vor Beginn.
Stornierung Retreat
Bis 6 Monate vor Beginn: 30 %, bis 2 Monate vor Beginn: 50 %, weniger als 2 Monate vor Beginn: 100 % - es kann immer eine Ersatzperson gestellt werden. Bei Absage durch Studio Atha (z. B. höhere Gewalt oder zu geringe Teilnehmerzahl) werden geleistete Zahlungen erstattet. Weitere Ansprüche, insbesondere auf Ersatz von Reise- oder Unterkunftskosten, bestehen nicht.
Teilnahme & Haftung
Die Teilnahme setzt eine normale körperliche und psychische Belastbarkeit voraus und erfolgt freiwillig sowie auf eigene Verantwortung. Studio Atha haftet uneingeschränkt bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit. Bei einfacher Fahrlässigkeit haftet Studio Atha nur bei Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten und begrenzt auf den vertragstypischen, vorhersehbaren Schaden. Die Haftung für Schäden aus der Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit bleibt unberührt.
Medien, Datenschutz & Recht
Während Veranstaltungen können Foto- oder Videoaufnahmen entstehen. Ein Widerspruch ist jederzeit möglich. Personenbezogene Daten werden ausschließlich zur Durchführung der Leistungen verarbeitet (siehe Datenschutzerklärung). Es gilt deutsches Recht. Gerichtsstand München.

Terms & Conditions
Scope & Contract
These Terms apply to all services provided by Studio Atha, including classes, workshops, retreats, events, inhouse formats and digital offerings. A binding contract is concluded upon booking confirmation via www.studioatha.com or in writing by email. Prices valid at the time of booking apply. Payment terms are communicated during the booking process. For events with a fixed date, no statutory right of withdrawal applies in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 9 German Civil Code (BGB).
Cancellation Classes
Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before the class starts.
Cancellation Retreats
Cancellation fees apply as follows: up to 6 months before start: 30% of the total price, up to 2 months before start: 50% of the total price, ess than 2 months before start: 100% of the total price. However, a substitute participant may be provided. If Studio Atha cancels an event due to force majeure or insufficient participants, payments made will be refunded. No further claims, in particular for travel or accommodation costs, shall arise.
Participation & Liability
Participation requires normal physical and mental health and takes place voluntarily and at the participant’s own responsibility. Studio Atha is fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable, typical contractual damages. Liability for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.
Media, Data & Governing Law
Photos or videos may be taken during events. Consent may be withdrawn at any time. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of delivering the booked services (see Privacy Policy). German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany.
