A simple tonic to wake digestion and clear the mind.

This is the kind of morning ritual that feels ancient — water, warmth, spice, and a new beginning.
Ingredients
1 cup warm water
Juice of ½ lemon
2 thin slices of fresh ginger
Optional: a drop of honey or pinch of turmeric
How to
Steep ginger in warm water for a few minutes, then add lemon. Drink slowly, before coffee or breakfast. Feel the body awaken gently — from the inside out. You don’t need much. Just warmth and presence.
