A simple, feel-good treat — without the crash. Ready in 10 minutes, bringing you the taste of sweetness and warm wind coming from south.

When you want something sweet, but clean
We all crave something sweet — it’s not a weakness, it’s biology. The trick is to choose sweetness that feeds you instead of draining you. These little energy balls are made in ten minutes, require no baking, and bring the perfect mix of healthy fats, slow carbs, and satisfaction. They’re soft, rich, grounding — and you’ll feel good after eating them.
»Life is a combination of magic and pasta.« Federico Fellini nailed it. Goes for sweets as well.
What's Inside
Dates give natural sweetness and minerals.
Nuts and seeds add texture and healthy oils.
A touch of cacao grounds the flavour and lifts your mood.
No refined sugar, no flour, no baking. Just real ingredients, mixed by hand.
10 Minute Sweet – The Recipe
What you need
8 dates (pitted, Medjool would be 5 star)
½ cup oats
½ cup almonds or cashews
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp nut butter (almond, hazelnut or peanut)
A pinch of sea salt
Optional: cinnamon, cardamom or vanilla
Whenever possible, choose organic ingredients.
The recipe is forgiving — trust your sense of balance.
How to make it
Blend nuts and oats in a mixer until fine.
Add dates, cacao, nut butter, salt and spices.
Mix until sticky and smooth — if too dry, add 1 tsp warm water.
Roll into small balls (walnut size) and chill for 15 minutes.
Store in the fridge — keeps 5 days.
Tips
Add a spoon of protein powder for extra fuel.
Roll in coconut flakes, sesame, or cacao nibs.
Double the batch — they disappear fast

Bring sweetness back!
Sweetness doesn’t have to be the enemy — it’s part of rhythm. When made with natural ingredients, it becomes grounding instead of addictive. It’s not about cutting out pleasure — it’s about keeping it clean.
